# Upload a delivery slip

Drop a delivery slip onto an order and let Circular OS read the weights and match the record.

A delivery slip is the proof of what was actually collected. When you upload it, Circular OS reads the weights, finds the order it belongs to and keeps the original document attached to the record.

_Animation: From delivery slip to matched order._ A delivery slip is dropped onto the orders area. Circular OS reads the reference NW-1042, the material steel scrap and the net weight of 2,400 kg. It matches the slip to order NW-1042 in the orders list. Your team confirms, and the order shows the slip as a linked document with 2,400 kg received.

## Upload the slip

1. Open the order, or the Documents area if you do not know the order yet.
2. Drag the file onto the page, or choose **Upload**. Photos taken on your phone work as well as PDFs.
3. Wait a few seconds while the weights are read. The reference, material and net weight appear next to the document.

## Check the match

Circular OS proposes the order that fits the reference and material. Compare the net weight with what you expected, then confirm. If the proposal is wrong, pick the right order from the list instead.
